Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The 14-day free trial requires no credit card. A card is only needed when you continue into the €1/mo intro period.
What happens after the 3-month intro period?
Billing switches to the regular price automatically. You'll receive an email reminder before the change. Choose monthly or annual billing—annual saves you 2 months.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel before the trial ends and pay nothing. Cancel during the intro period and pay only €1 × months used. No lock-in contracts.
What can I do on the free plan?
Merchandise (50 products, basic catalog + variants) and WEBE (1 storefront, manual CSV export) are free on Starter. Toolbox is €5/mo on Starter and free with any paid class. Shoq and Inventory have no free tier — Inventory comes free with any paid class, Shoq is €24/mo on every class. Moving up a class raises the limits in every app at once. No credit card, no expiry.
Does my class change what an app costs?
No. An app is the same price on every class. What the class changes is the app’s limits: the class you buy sets your level in all of them at once, so moving from Growth to Business raises the caps in Merchandise, WEBE, Shoq and Toolbox together. Two apps are the exception to the price rule — Toolbox and Inventory are bundled into any paid class at no extra cost.
What are bundles?
Catalog and Complete package a class with its apps for less than buying the same set separately. They are priced per class, because the class is what decides the limits you get.
